Fealand's Lilanz Creative Park: A Modern Landscape Masterpiece

The Lilanz Creative Park, located in Quanzhou, China, is a testament to Fealand's design philosophy and the core values that the brand has built over two decades. Silk, a symbol of the ancient Silk Road, is a recurring element in the park, seamlessly connecting different functional areas and creating a cohesive visual narrative.

What sets the Lilanz Creative Park apart is its Art Life Square, designed to set the atmosphere for the entire park. The overall design style is bright and concise, reflecting the brand's corporate culture of simplicity and elegance. The curvilinear guiding paving, while functional, also brings the concept of the "Silk Road" into the landscape. The park is dotted with various types of sculptures, adding a playful element to the landscape.

The park's design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally conscious. Ecological permeable bricks are used on the large pavement surface, mimicking the stone surface layer. These bricks, combined with underground water storage modules, form a water storage and reuse system. The park also features a recycled water supply and drainage system, collecting rainwater for greening and irrigation, and supplementing the landscaped river.

The project, completed in 2021, covers a total area of 40,000 square meters. The design team, led by Chief Designer Bing Dong, faced the challenge of selecting suitable local plant varieties and ensuring minimal manual intervention for maintenance. The result is a harmonious blend of modern design and traditional Chinese garden landscape, creating a unique urban landscape.
